How to open a Nebeus account
Opening a Nebeus account takes about three minutes from a phone or laptop. You will need an email address, a phone number, and a government-issued ID. This guide walks through every step.
Before you start
Have a passport, national ID or driving licence within reach. The image must be clear, in colour, and uncropped.
You will also need a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter no older than three months.
Step 1 - Sign up
Go to app.nebeus.com and choose Open account. Enter your email address and a strong password. You will receive a six-digit code by email. Paste it back into the form within five minutes.
If the email does not arrive in 60 seconds, check your spam folder. The sender is [email protected].
Step 2 - Verify your phone
Add a mobile number. This is used for login codes and transaction confirmations. Nebeus supports phone numbers from every EU country plus the UK, Argentina, and Switzerland.
Step 3 - Confirm identity
Choose your country of residence and the document you want to scan. The on-screen guide walks you through the photo, including the back of the card and a short selfie video.
Most identity checks complete in under two minutes. A small number are reviewed manually within 24 hours, usually because of glare on the document.
Step 4 - Add a payment method
You can fund the account by SEPA transfer, card, or by depositing crypto from another wallet. SEPA arrives same day for most EU banks; cards are instant.
What happens next
Once verified, your EUR IBAN is generated automatically and your wallet addresses appear in the Receive screen. You can start exchanging, earning and borrowing the same minute.
